I sent my iPhone to them and as I expected the quote they gave was reduced in price. I accepted and was told in their response that I would receive payment within 7 working days. I was't sure why I would have to wait this long as banking is electronic these days. On the 7th day with no payment received I called them and was told that they had a back log on payments being made. I had the image in my mind that the person who had to run to the back to deposit my money was overrun with work but realistically this is all done automatically these days. I kept phoning and emailing but was having no luck. I then started to read some of the reviews and wished I had before I sent them my phone. I finally emailed them threatening legal action if I had not received my money on the 14th day of them buying my phone. I received my money the day before the 14th day. I will not use this company again and believe what others say, they buy your phone and sell its before you get your money. Disgraceful!

Having booked a room on the 6th of February for business, it was unfortunate that due to my vehicle breaking down I was unable to stay, despite telephoning the hotel, staff have denied any phone calls, or emails from Booking.com To add insult to injury three times I was promised that the manager would call me back, she never did. Over a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. They changed me for the room, only to offer a measly 10% discount on my next stay. I wouldn’t stay there even if it was the last hotel left. Finally, giving them 1 star is generous. The hotel was The Essex Golf and Spa Hotel in Halstead.

They've sent me two different sizes. My left shoe was an eight. My right shoe was a seven and a half. I assumed the chat line would be the quickest way. It took 2 and 1/2 days for them to try to find a solution through their "chat line". That's when they informed me that they were sold out of that color in both a seven and a half and an eight. Their solution was pick a different color. No discount. No. Why don't you keep those and will send you another pair free? Just me sitting on a chat line for 2 days. Waiting for them to tell me there's nothing they can do.

I have ordered an Iphone 13 128 GB for 194.99 pounds and it has been 3 days but I havent received any confirmation or tracking number or anything from them. I have also contacted their customer support but the guy on the phone firstly came off as quite rude and said that Royal mail would collect the phone and issue a tracking number today. But its past nighttime but I havent received anything.

If there is any rating lower than 1, that's what I would give to this company. I ordered the product and was expecting it to be delivered on time. The delivery happened but unfortunately the bag was open and empty. I reached out to the company right away with the supporting pictures but never got a response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THERE IS NO SUPPORT PEOPLE IF YOU ENCOUNTER A PROBLEM.
