Strap in folks and get ready to read about the worst customer experience of my life. I bought boots online, received them, and thought the color was a little darker than advertised, so I requested an exchange within the return/exchange window. After not hearing from them for a few weeks, I went back to my inbox to discover that their reply went to spam for some reason. I filled out the return form they sent me and didn't hear back again, so I reached out again. After another inquiry they informed me that they could not accept the RMA because it was not submitted within the 30 day return window even though I absolutely did submit the request within that window. I threatened them with a negative review and they acquiesced to accept the exchange. When I asked when the replacement boots would be shipped, they ignored my question and said that they would only refund the boots. After I received the refund I tried to purchase the other boots and my orders were getting cancelled within a few seconds of submission. I asked them why and was told it was because they were out of stock so the order was cancelled. I waited for them to be back in stock and tried again. Order cancelled. Ultimately I used another method to get the boots, but this company tried to weasel out of a return, blackballed me, lied about it, and thought I wouldn't find out. What an awful company who unfortunately makes nice boots.

I booked a car with Zoom Rent-A-Car in Fort Lauderdale through Expedia. The airport shuttle took over an hour to arrive, but that turned out to be the least of the problem. At the counter, Zoom refused to honor the additional insurance I had purchased through Expedia, stating it was “not sufficient.” They also rejected my personal auto insurance from State Farm, which includes liability coverage well above Florida state requirements. I was told I would need to purchase an additional $300 insurance policy directly from them in order to proceed. When I declined and attempted to cancel the reservation, they refused. I was later informed that because the pickup time had passed, the booking was non-refundable—despite the delay being caused by their shuttle. As a result, I was charged but received no car. After experiencing this and then reading other customer reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident. The combination of delayed pickups, rejection of valid insurance, and denial of refunds feels deliberately structured. I would strongly caution others before booking with this company.

VPS never worked – offered credit instead of a refund I purchased a VPS from Zap Hosting expecting a functional and reliable virtual server. From the moment it was activated, the VPS never worked correctly. It constantly timed out, restarted on its own, and could not maintain a stable connection, making it unusable from day one. I contacted support immediately. Their own staff acknowledged internal service issues affecting the VPS, including problems with server status and reliability. Despite waiting a reasonable amount of time, the service was never fixed. Instead of providing a working VPS or issuing a refund, Zap Hosting offered internal account credit, which does not resolve the issue and forces continued use of a service that never functioned as advertised. Based on my experience, the service delivered did not match what was advertised, and I would not recommend this provider if you need reliability. I am still stuck with a vps that doesn't work and customer service that doesn't solve my issue.

Ordered two blankets from the fleece company. I ordered the full size (50x60), what I got was so small that only a small child could use it. Reached out to them twice before I got a response I had to take pictures to prove that they were still in good condition and attest that I hadn’t used it. They asked me to send it back to Germany and I had to pay for shipping to them. If I keep the blankets they would only refund me 20% of what I paid. If I returned it they would upsize the blankets. I also had to send them pictures of the blanket with measurements. Don’t order it’s a scam.

Highly Recommended! I’m really impressed with this TYMO hair dryer! It has strong airflow but isn’t too noisy, and it dries my hair much faster than my old dryer. My hair feels smooth and less frizzy after use, not dry or damaged. The dryer is lightweight and comfortable to hold, even for longer use. I also love the multiple heat and speed settings, it’s easy to adjust for everyday drying or styling. The design looks sleek and high end. Overall, great quality for the price. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it!

The customer service and provided services are top notch. I've been a customer for over 10 years and have visited the team in person several times and they are just stellar folks. I'm looking forward to their physical location opening again so I can stop by when I visit family in Tulsa. I primarily subscribe for Marvel Champions and know I can trust the Covenant team to get me the latest products on time with zero issues. If there are delays, it's from the game company (Fantasy Flight Games) and outside of TC's control. Godspeed!

There are no words to describe how bad and how selfish this company is. My Dashcam stopped working 10 days before completing the 1y warranty period, it took me about 2 weeks to notice, but I still had proof if failed before the 1y time. They wasted my time for 3 weeks back and forth in support messages and then finally declined replacement the product claiming it was over the warranty period. And on top, refused to refund me for the 2 months of subscription I paid in which I was not able to use a broken product.

These are the best all around real human hair wigs that I've found. If you are looking for affordable and good quality wigs, Hermosahair is your best option. My deep wave wig I bought is SO soft and my blond one has all the knots bleached fully! The hd lace is great and should suit all skin tones. Shipping was also pretty fast, which seems to be more of a problem lately but my order came within a week! Will definitely be purchasing more :D

Nobody buy a scuff, they are the worst controllers you can buy for the price they charge. Within 1 month i had stick drift (hadn’t dropped it or damaged it once) a month later my left stick wouldn’t click. I play call of duty so in that case i couldn’t run in the game i was stuck to walking around the map. I’d advise to buy a Gamesir for xbox & a Playstation edge controller. Both controllers you are saving money

In spite of difficulties with supply, OzziGear went above and beyond, express mailing three chairs I had ordered for my grandchildren, even finding three different colours and adding a stool and a chair cover. So grateful that these arrived before we left for our camping holiday. Chairs appear sturdy and well made, are comfortable and easy to fold out and up. Highly recommend.

Okay, so I've been playing at Royalcazi for a few weeks now, and honestly, I'm really impressed. The whole crypto thing is so smooth like, when I cash out, the funds are in my wallet almost instantly. It's kinda crazy! And the games… wow. Worst airline company, flew with them 2x and won’t fly with them again. For the first flight they cancelled without notifying me. This has also been a first for me, and I’ve had a lot of travel experience. My second flight was delayed several hours, again and again. Initial departure was supposed to be around 9PM and final departure was at 1:50 AM…

I had a great experience with DigitalOcean support. They reviewed my request and removed the SMTP restriction on my account, and after that my server connectivity worked correctly (ports 25/465/587). Communication was clear, the resolution was effective, and the process was handled professionally.
